CMR offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Regular cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Specialized cleaning
**3. Appointment and Cancellation**
- Appointments can be scheduled via phone or our website.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, a cancellation fee of $50.00 may apply.
**4. Payment**
- Payment is due upon completion of services or as per the agreed terms.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, and online payments.
**5. Access to Property**
Clients agree to provide access to the designated areas for cleaning during the scheduled appointment. If access is not provided, the appointment may be rescheduled or subject to a cancellation fee.
**6. Liability**
- While we take utmost care when cleaning your property, CMR is not liable for any damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or improper handling of fragile items.
- Clients are responsible for securing valuables before service begins.
**7. Satisfaction Guarantee**
We strive for client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 5 days, and we will address your concerns.
**8. Health and Safety**
Clients must inform CMR of any specific health and safety concerns, including allergies or hazardous materials.
**9. Confidentiality**
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
**10. Modifications to Term
CMR reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
